Who We Are
Progressive Pools is a small local family business that endeavors to be the best Pool Service company in El Paso, West Texas, and Southern New Mexico. While progressive is a team effort, the partnership consists of Trey Plummer, Amy Cataldi and James Smith. All of which were born and raised right here in El Paso.
While our focus is on commercial properties and larger bodies of water, we also take great pride in helping El Pasoans with their own personal pools in their backyards.
Our entire team is home grown right here in El Paso and consists of some of our own family members, and best friends. Each of our team members will treat your pool like their own.

What is the CPO Certification Program?
The Pool & Hut Tub Alliance’s CPO certification training program provides training for efficient, effective, and economical operation of swimming pools and spas. It is ideal for operators, owners, managers, service companies, public health officers, or anyone who has interaction with recreational water.
To attain the Certified Pool/Spa Operator® certification, a person must:
✓ Successfully complete 14-16 hours of classroom instruction
Or
✓ Successfully complete the Pool Operator Primer™ on-line training and participate in a one-day Pool Operator Fusion™ classroom course. The Pool Operator Fusion™ course can be the second day of a traditional 2-day classroom course.

● Covers all topics necessary for pool operators, including a section on local and state codes
