Progressive Pools is a small local family business that endeavors to be the best Pool Service company in El Paso, West Texas, and Southern New Mexico. While progressive is a team effort, the partnership consists of Trey Plummer, Amy Cataldi and James Smith. All of which were born and raised right here in El Paso.
While our focus is on commercial properties and larger bodies of water, we also take great pride in helping El Pasoans with their own personal pools in their backyards.
Our entire team is home grown right here in El Paso and consists of some of our own family members, and best friends. Each of our team members will treat your pool like their own.

Trey is a Third Generation business owner and took the reins along with his sister of Progressive Pool Systems in 2018 after his father and family patriarch passed. Since that time, Trey has become the go to commercial pool expert in West Texas and Southern New Mexico. At last count, Trey is responsible for servicing and supplying more than 11,000,000 gallons of pool water in the region. Trey has taught CPO courses at national convetions, and specializes in large contracts with the Local and Federal government.

James joined the Progressive Pool family in 2020 and hit the ground running. He quickly became one of the best at being hands on and fixing problems in almost every pump room in El Paso. James had a vision to make Progressive El Paso's only elite commercial pool service and remodeling company which led him to become an equal partner, and

James had a vision to make Progressive El Paso's only elite commercial pool service and remodeling company which led him to become an equal partner, and truly put his everything into the business. Since then, James has overseen projects ranging from a few thousand dollars, to million dollar federal projects.

Amy is truly the cog that keeps our business on track and running as smoothly as possible. Any time there is an issue, Amy is there to make sure it is resolved, quickly, and the customer is taken care of.
